Exchange Policy

  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs in case of an exchange.
  • Discounted/Sale Items will not be Exchanged.
  • Bridal dresses will not be exchanged.
  • We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
  • The actual product & colors may vary depending on the device you are using.
  • No return or refund for cloths once dispatched
  • If you are unsatisfied with an online purchase, you may return the product and get online store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 2 days of receiving your order. We will not entertain any requests after 2 days of recieving. The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our product consultants. If the issues presented are deemed valid then the return of the purchase and subsequent store credit will be authorised.
