We do not take responsibility of any item being lost during/before/after delivery. We will neither replace nor reimburse. in the form of money or article, any sent article which is stolen from your premises (mailbox, front door, or any premises which is considered your property). Ralinee is not responsible if the provided delivery address is incorrect or insecure and hence it causes any damage or theft/loss of the delivered article. Buyer will be responsible for ‘lost’ packaged after delivery.

All items are examined and sent in new and perfect condition, we do not take responsibility of any damage occurring during transit.
